In his role as Digital Solutions Director leading the company’s Presales/Bid Management and Solutions Delivery units, Ibrahim works to empower NXN’s global sales organisation with the required foundation work that enables the company to win new contracts and acquire new customers, develop strategies to successfully win bids, and subsequently ensure successful and timely delivery.
With over 25 years of experience in business support solutions for Telecom Operators and Large Enterprises within EMEA, Ibrahim has worked in various capacities for a variety of telecom operators, consultancy firms, systems integrators, and software providers. He has a proven track record in both technical and managerial roles mainly in the capacity of business development and presales, ICT digital transformation, product management, R&D management, project management, and customer care and billing operation consultancy.
Prior to joining NXN, Ibrahim worked as the Consulting Director of Middle East Solution Sales within the Carrier Business Group of Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., repeatedly leading and winning multi-million-dollar business deals. He has been awarded the Huawei Future Star Award in 2016 in recognition of his achievements and contributions to the company.
Prior to his stint with Huawei, he has worked as the Senior Manager of the Product Management Group at regional systems integrator, ITS Group. Other past responsibilities include, but are not limited to, multiple managerial and consultancy roles in Africa, Austria, Ireland, the UK and Lebanon. Ibrahim holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut.
